Very promising Denman colt resuming here 1st up, now with the in form Joe Pride stable after beginning his career with John O’Shea.

Had three race starts in his first career prep;
-Won in a breeze on debut at Hawkesbury in a maiden despite doing almost everything wrong

-Went straight to Gr2 level in the Pagp Pago at Rosehill on a heavy track where again he did plenty wrong and despite also coping interference in the home straight measured up to the grade remarkably well. Handled the wet going no trouble beaten 4L but all on raw ability. Form from race very good with Time For War winning at Group level again in Brisbane subsequently and runner up Kumaon going on to place in the Gr1 Champagne beaten just a length

-Ran into another very very heavy track at Randwick in the Kindergarten on Derby Day and again did plenty wrong but ran well beaten under 4L behind Hallowed Crown who looks to be a future super star and Washington Heights who was terrific 1st up last week running 2nd in the San Domenico behind Scissor Kick who won again Saturday.

Has trialled twice this prep and both have been first class!
Looks to have matured mentally —> doesn’t want to run about anymore or get his head on the side.
Looks to have developed talent wise as well. Looks like a colt that cold progress to the elite level without to much more improvement at all, so here in a 3 year old BM67 midweek grade race and gate 1 just to make a bird of it, he’ll blow them to bits!

Not sure what odds they’ll bet but letting you know early so when prices do go up you can jump straight on. Will win plenty better than this!!
